Excerpt: A reward of up to $120,000 is being offered by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and U.S. Department of Transportation-Office of Inspector General for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for mailing letters containing the poison ricin and ricin derivative. The vial pictured below was accompanied by a threatening letter addressed to the U.S. Department of Transportation and was discovered at the Greenville, SC, Post Office on October 15, 2003.
