Excerpt: Lord Ganesha: Lord Ganesha has an elephant head. His elephant head makes Him easy to recognize. No other God has an elephant?s head. The elephant is very smart and very strong. Lord Ganesha is smart and strong. He loves children and sweets. We always pray to Him before we start something new. He will let us know by a sign if we should go ahead or not. We don?t just pray and then do what we want. We pray and wait for His sign. Then he can protect us. Lord Ganesha is in every Hindu temple. We go to his shrine first. Then we go to the other Gods. The priest always worship Ganesha first. Then he worships the other Gods. All Hindus love Lord Ganesha.
